The rack at the shop has two settings: sentimental, or a pun about wine. Neither sounds like you, and the person opening it can tell you picked the least bad one in under a minute.

Petti starts from what actually happened. You say who it's for and what they did — the brutal week, the terrible ex, the promotion they pretend to be casual about — and we write the card around it. You set how far it goes, from genuinely sweet to properly unhinged.
